In order to register for the IndeOne card, send
"REG I1" as an SMS to 555665 or call our cusotmer support
centre at 1800 00000000 or contact customer care here.
Alternately you can pick up the IndeOne Registration form at any
IndePay outlet.
- You are required to enter/provide the necessary information/documents
to complete the Registration Form.
- Upon submission of the form you will receive a welcome SMS
from IndeOne welcoming you to the service.
- You will be required to connect to the IndeOne IVR and select
a transaction PIN from your Registered mobile number.
- This will complete the Registration.
- You will also receive the details of the nearest Indepay
outlet where the you can complete the KYC formalities and submit
necessary documentation
- Once the you visit any Indepay merchant and complete the
KYC by providing the necessary documents to the merchant, you
will be required to sign the receipt and give it to the merchant.
- Merchant will send the signed receipt and the KYC documentation
to Indepay by courier
- Upon receipt of the KYC documents and the signed registration
form, your IndeOne account shall be activated.
